AgentX3 is an AI-powered assistant platform designed to help organizations interact with their Sage X3 ERP system. AgentX3 stores data on Supabase, a SOC 2 Type 2 certified cloud database provider hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols. Sensitive credentials such as API keys and passwords are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage and are never stored in plain text. Only authorized server-side processes can decrypt these values — they are never exposed to the client or end users. Row-level security policies ensure that users can only access data belonging to their own organization.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances: - With Anthropic (claude.ai) to process AI agent requests — messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. - With infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) strictly for hosting and delivery purposes - When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
Conversation history and user memory are retained for as long as your account is active. Organizations may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

AgentX3 is a business-to-business platform. Your organization is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the platform and compliance with applicable data protection laws. Conversations may contain business-sensitive information — users should exercise appropriate discretion when interacting with the agent.
AgentX3 uses session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. No data is shared with advertising networks.
